International orders can be returned ONLY for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer 110% store credit or exchange for a different item. We offer two return methods for international returns.
1.) Box and ship items using a pre-paid label
Print your pre-paid shipping label, pack up your items, and bring the box to the carrier shown on the label. The label fee will be deducted from your refund amount (see below for the breakdown of deductions based on countries). You will see the amount that will be refunded from your order after this deduction. The refund will also get issued right when you drop off your return at the carrier.

2.) Purchase your own shipping label
Print a packing slip to include with your items, purchase your own shipping label, and ship your return to the address below;

Please keep in mind that you MUST print the packing slip and include it in your return package in order to receive your refund. This option may take up to 30-60 days to receive your refund as the warehouse needs to receive the packing slip to manually process your return. Please note that if you send back your return using your own postage, we do not reimburse you for the postage amount.
