If the tracking information for your order confirms that it was delivered, we advise waiting up to 3 business days after the delivery date before contacting us or the carrier as carriers can often mismark delivery and re attempt the next day. We also suggest asking around your neighborhood or apartment complex in case it was mistakenly delivered to one your neighbors instead.
If it has been over 3 days since your order was marked as delivered, please contact us at info@betabrand.com. If this is the first case of your order going missing, we will refund you in full, no questions asked, as a one time courtesy. If delivery fulfillment was by USPS, we also recommend that you file a Mail Theft Complaint.
Please note that in the event of a lost package, Betabrand does not send out replacement orders.
