International Customers: Refund is the only option.
Domestic Customers: There are three options to return or exchange your item(s):
1) Return or exchange in person with Happy Returns: Happy Returns has hundreds of locations across the country where you can drop off your items for an immediate refund. No receipt, return label or shipping box necessary! Start by visiting our Returns Center to receive your express return QR code, then visit a location near you. You will be asked to show your QR code, a Returnista will verify your items, and you're done!
2) Return or exchange via the mail: Start by visiting our Returns Center. You can either print a shipping label and drop off at the carrier listed on the label, or you can still decide to take your item(s) in to a Happy Returns Return Bar. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
3) Return in store: Visit our store located at 780 Valencia St, San Francisco, CA 94110.
*PLEASE NOTE: Our store is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 so we are not accepting in-store returns at this time*
-Locate your order ID (found in your order history, order confirmation email, ship notice email, or on your invoice)
-Your order ID is the first 9 digits only (i.e. 101234567). Do NOT include the shipment number that follows your order ID (i.e. 101234567/1 or 101234567/2)
-Enter your order ID and your zip code on https://betabrand.happyreturns.com/
-Select the item/s that you need to return > Reason for returning > Choose refund, 110% store credit, or exchange for a different size in the same exact style > Choose your return method
-Your return instructions will be emailed to you and you can follow those instructions to complete your return.
*Exchanges can take up to two weeks to process after we receive your item(s). Please know we'll do our best to expedite things.*
*Once store credit has been requested and added to an account, it cannot be changed back to a refund*
