What and When
Qualified Items can be returned within 60 days of receiving them. Return requests after this period will not be accepted. Returns must be received in new condition (unwashed and no signs of wear). Defective and damaged items may be eligible to return/exchange but they must be within 60 days of receiving them.
Any and all items purchased from the Last Chance page are final sale (NO EXCEPTION). No returns or exchanges are permitted. This policy, if applicable, may be found on order confirmations and product pages of respective products.
PLEASE NOTE: We are temporarily not accepting exchanges. However, qualified items can be returned for a refund or 110% store credit and a new order can be placed for the correct item/size.
Qualified products can be returned for:
- Refund to the purchasing payment method
- Store Credit, in the amount of 110% of the value paid for the item
*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please Note: Refunds may only be applied to the original payment method used for that particular order. For example, if you used store credit, we can only reimburse you for store credit. Once store credit has been requested and added to an account for a return, it cannot be transferred back to alternate form of payment. Why?
