What and When
Domestic orders can be returned for a refund, 110% store credit, or exchange for a different size in the same exact style and color. We offer two return methods for domestic returns.
- Drop items off at a Happy Returns location for free - No box or label needed
- Print a pre-paid return label and drop items off at USPS or FedEx
International orders can be returned ONLY for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer 110% store credit or exchange for a different item. We offer two return methods for international returns.
- Box and ship items using a pre-paid label
- Download the packing slip and purchase your own shipping label

Qualified Items can be returned within 60 days of receiving them. Return requests after this period will not be accepted. Returns must be received in new condition (unwashed and no signs of wear). Defective and damaged items may be eligible to return/exchange after inspection but they must be within 60 days of receiving them.
Any and all items purchased from the Last Chance page are final sale (NO EXCEPTION). No returns or exchanges are permitted. This policy, if applicable, may be found on order confirmations and product pages of respective products.
Exchanges (Domestic orders only)
We can exchange for domestic orders only. Exchanges can be made only for the same item in a different size and can take up to 14 business days to process after we receive your item(s). Please know we will do our best to expedite exchange orders.
Qualified products can be returned for:
- Refund to the original payment method ~ 100% of the valued paid for the item
- 110% Store credit ~ 110% of the value paid for the item (Domestic orders only)
