If you are using our pre-paid return label, returns are processed exactly as your request was entered. All the information we need is in the return label, so there is no need to include your packing slip.
However, if you are sending the return back on your own (especially for international returns), please make sure that our customer service team is aware of this BEFORE you send it back. Please include the order number, the item/s that you are returning, and your preferred refund method (i.e. refund/store credit/exchange). Please also email email@example.com this information and the tracking number of your return package.
IMPORTANT: Include only the items you selected during the return process. Additional items which are not specified on the shipping notice may be overlooked by our warehouse.
