If you received an item or order as a gift, we can still provide you with a return label. However, we are unable to issue a refund or 110% store credit to different cards/accounts than the original purchaser's as it opens up the possibility for fraud.
We can still make you a return label if you have the original order number or correct information on the purchaser and their account. However we're only able to refund to the original payment method, add to the store credit to the original purchaser's account, or have an exchange go to the original address.
