If you received an item or order as a gift, we can still provide you with a return label. But unfortunately we are unable to refund orders to different cards/accounts than the original purchaser as it opens up the possibility for fraud.
We can still make you a return label if you have the original order number or enough information on the purchaser to find the order. However we're only able to refund to the original payment method, add to the store credit to the original purchaser's account, or have an exchange go to the original address.
